With over 30 years of experience in management, training, and marketing, he helps practices with starting up, adding value, turning around performance, and establishing growing success. He has taken practices from startup to collecting $1 million/month.
Kevin has a degree in business, with concentrations in marketing and management, from Concord University. He is a certified physician practice manager and CPCD coder, credentialed through the AAPC.
He is a professional speaker and available to apply his personal experience and his team’s expertise to businesses in a variety of fields with memberships in the American Academy of Professional Coders and American Medical Billing Association.
Jennifer Garman
Director of Patient Services
Jennifer’s decade at 107 Success has granted her a tremendous amount of experience in medical billing and the attendant claims, denials, and collections. Since joining the team in 2012, she has learned every angle of the job, and is one of our experts on why claims are denied. She has completed the coursework in the AAPC’s Certified Medical Billing course and enjoys solving any puzzle of patient information, insurance collections, denied claims, and anything else that is sent her way. We haven’t yet found a situation she can’t unravel and solve. She earned a secretarial degree from National Business College.

Although our home base is in Blacksburg, VA, we offer in-person services anywhere we can fly to.
