Meet Kevin Kendall, President

Kevin’s no-nonsense leadership, forthright communication style, efficiency, and expertise make him a valued partner in any medical practice, as he creates a customized approach to meet the needs of every client. With over 30 years of experience in management, training, and marketing, he helps practices in all phases of development from startups, to growing, and mature practices by adding value, enhancing performance, helping to maintain consistent cash flow, and establishing consistent success. He has taken practices from startup as solo physician practices to multiple provider & facility practices collecting $1 million/month.

Kevin has a degree in business, with concentrations in marketing and management, from Concord University. He is a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM) and CPCD coder, credentialed through The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and holds additional memberships with The American Medical Billing Association (AMBA), Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA), and the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM).He is a professional speaker having presented to multiple national meetings and available to apply his personal experience and his team’s expertise to businesses in a variety of fields.

As an aviation enthusiast and private pilot, Kevin enjoys flying for both business and pleasure with his wife, Wendy.  He enjoys opportunities to travel and work with clients in their practices delivering in-person service whenever possible.  With an airport just minutes from the office, he enjoys the flexibility to be anywhere he is needed in short order (not faster than a speeding bullet… but close).
