About Us

Jennifer’s decade at 107 Success has granted her a tremendous amount of experience in medical billing and the attendant claims, denials, and collections. Since joining the team in 2012, she has learned every angle of the job, and is one of our experts on why claims are denied. She has completed the coursework in the AAPC’s Certified Medical Billing course and enjoys solving any puzzle of patient information, insurance collections, denied claims, and anything else that is sent her way. We haven’t yet found a situation she can’t unravel and solve. She earned a secretarial degree from National Business College. 

Kelly spent 8 years as a certified paralegal prior to joining 107 Success in 2012. She began her transition from legal to medical by working administratively at a Physical Therapy practice under the management of 107 Success.  This time spent at a medical practice front desk helps her understand and anticipate medical office needs and improves communication with your team.  Kelly enjoys making people laugh and will make a connection with your team and patients easily.  As the most tenured member of the team, her keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ensure that her coding and billing practices are up-to-date, accurate, and on time.

Cara started her medical billing career with 107 Success in 2017. She has 10-years of experience working in radiology and out-patient surgery centers, where she was responsible for the front office, insurance pre-authorizations/referrals, customer service, and medical billing. Cara is a graduate of St. John’s High School in Delphos, Ohio.

Sarah joined 107 after a decade in accounting and management in the automotive industry, bringing a strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture. She sends claims, posts explanations of benefits, and helps patients with questions about insurance and billing – and accepts payments from patients. She enjoys how every patient is unique and provides a fun challenge. She is an organization maven, with a strong attention to detail. Sarah graduated from Christiansburg High School in Christiansburg, Virginia. 

Cheryl has more than a decade of experience in medical billing and enjoys resolving issues for patients and practices. Winning appeals on claims is one of her superpowers. She handles denials, submits medical claims, works collections reports, and much more. She worked at a family practice doctor’s office before joining 107 Success and makes connections easily. She’s one of those people who immediately puts you at ease. Cheryl graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in Palm Coast, Florida. 

Samantha joined 107 Success in 2020, bringing a strong knowledge of medical billing and coding. Her experience in billing and accounting from prior work with a heating and air company helps her see problems from many perspectives. She enjoys solving problems, assisting patients with their accounts, and working with insurance companies to collect payments. Samantha has an associate degree in medical billing and coding from New River Community College.
