Practice evaluation
We will come to you for one to three days, observe your practice in action, and provide a comprehensive report on your practice’s situation. This includes what is working well, what could benefit from changes, and concrete suggestions to increase your efficiency.
We look at office flow, workflows, and bottlenecks in your processes—from the big picture down to the level of individual members of your team and how to balance their workloads.
Employee screening and onboarding
Every member of your staff leaves an important impression with your patients—make sure it is the right one.
Struggling to find the right fit for your team? Whether you need a practice manager, front desk staff, or any other member of your team, we can help. 107 can do employee screenings, conduct initial interviews, and bring you qualified candidates—along with suggestions to help with their individual onboarding process.
Manager training & backup
Once you have the right person, you may need some training or on-call backup for any tricky issues that may arise. We can help train your practice manager, both through intense onboarding sessions for 1–2 weeks, and with regular followups (in-person or virtual).
We also serve as a consultant for any questions that arise during and after training.
Retainer consulting
Once your practice is running smoothly, the focus shifts to keeping it running well in a changing environment. Our retainer consulting includes regular (often twice a month) office visits to check in and identify any processes that need tweaking. Visits can be in-person or virtual as needed.
And when an unexpected situation crops up? We’ll be ready to talk you through anything that arises, from public relations issues to difficult patients to staffing concerns.
Chart audits
Charging for services is always a challenge. Some practices over code and bill higher than they should. Some under document what they discuss and explore with the patient and appear to over code. Others, out of fear of over coding, under code when they could be charging more.
We offer chart audits for certain specialties, to keep you on track and get you paid for the work that you are doing. We’ll look at your charts and provide a report on what codes should have been charged, then make sure you’re charging the correct amounts for each service.
EHR transitions
If you are changing your records system, 107 Success can make that transition go smoothly. We’re familiar with many of the major software systems, and can help explore which one might fit your practice best, craft a plan for the change, oversee the process, and train your employees on the new system.
Teambuilding
Supporting your team comes in many forms, and 107 Success can help with everything from onboarding to teambuilding.
Although it’s easy to get caught up in the daily emergencies, it’s important to schedule regular time to build your culture, motivate your team, and learn to work as a coherent group. We can plan and facilitate your teambuilding sessions so all you have to do is show up.
